Working within a collaborative payroll team, you'll deliver accurate, compliant, and timely BAU payrolls while providing a high‑quality service to both new and long‑standing clients.

Key Responsibilities

Client payroll processing - Manage end‑to‑end payroll cycles for a varied portfolio, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Client onboarding - Support new clients joining the bureau, gathering data, setting up payrolls, and ensuring a smooth transition.
Client queries - Act as a trusted point of contact, resolving payroll‑related questions with professionalism and clarity.
Team collaboration - Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge, support busy periods, and maintain consistent service standards.
Compliance & reporting - Ensure all statutory submissions, audits, and documentation are completed accurately.

What They are Looking For

Experience within bureau payroll or a multi‑client environment.
Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation.
Confident communicator with a client‑focused mindset.
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise a varied workload.
