Are you a Sales Manager from an Agricultural Machinery background who is comfortable managing a small team of regional sales representative looking to join a main dealership who can offer excellent renumeration through high basic and further commission incentives?

In this role you will be responsible for managing the success of a small team of Sales Reps across Scotland. You'll be mentoring juniors, improving KPI's and helping to identify new key accounts whilst covering a small patch across Fife and Perth directly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a leadership position where they can still make an impact and engage customers and clients directly.

This role would suit a Sales Manager or similar from an Agricultural Machinery background looking for the opportunity to work in a leadership position whilst still being able to generate your own business and lead from the front.

The Role:

Managing a small team of Field Sales Representatives across Scotland
Reporting to the company Directors
Improving KPI's and training junior staff
Mentoring and further developing established sales representatives
Generate new sales and key accounts across a local patch (Fife and Perthshire)The Person:
