Junior Machine Operator - We're currently recruiting for multiple Junior Machine Operator to join our client based in, Halstead, Essex on a temp to perm basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

About the Role:
You will be developing skills to effectively TIG/MIG Weld and Sheet Metal Fabrication, Machining, Fitting and Assembly of Material/Parts to specification in the safest and most efficient manner. This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5pm. The starting pay rate is £12.71 per hour.
Key Duties will include:
* Set up, load, unload and operate safely and efficiently, machinery, tools and equipment including Brazing equipment, Laser cutting machine and Milling machine
* Use computer terminal to enquire and input details of operations, orders, parts, procedures, products, samples, services, stock, suppliers, time, tooling, etc.
* Participate in physical counting of stock and investigate discrepancies. Help maintain an accurate record of goods in the warehouse and elsewhere.
Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months experience of working in a busy weld production environment would be an advantage
* Level 3 in Fabrication and Welding
* Own transport is essential due to the location
