How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

We are delighted to be recruiting for a New Homes Direct Sales Consultant to join a well-established and highly regarded property business with a strong presence across the South East. The business has an excellent reputation within the property industry and is enthusiastic about delivering outstanding customer service, while helping people find their ideal home.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys collaborating with people, has a passion for property and is motivated by achieving results. As part of the New Homes team, you will play a key role in helping customers find their dream home across a portfolio of exciting new-build developments.

You will proactively contact potential buyers from an established database, respond to enquiries by phone and email, arrange viewings and guide customers throughout their new home journey. You will become a key point of contact for buyers, answering questions, providing advice, and ensuring they receive a first-class experience from their initial enquiry through to purchase.

You will also have the opportunity to visit different developments, gaining valuable knowledge of the properties, locations, and unique selling points. This will allow you to confidently match customers with the right home and develop your expertise within the New Homes sector.

If you are confident, personable, and driven, with a genuine interest in sales, property, and customer service, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within the New Homes industry.

The working pattern operates on a two-week rota. One week will involve four days Monday to Friday, with a flexible day, plus Saturday working at development open days and show home launches. The following week will be five days Monday to Friday.

    Company Benefits:

33 days’ paid holiday, plus your birthday off, holiday commission, pension, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, a structured career path, employee assistance scheme, and paid entry fees for charity events
