You'll be responsible for:
* Managing project costs, forecasting, and financial performance
* Supporting subcontract procurement and ongoing commercial management
* Administering NEC contracts, including change control and payments
* Identifying and managing risks, opportunities, and variations
* Producing monthly reporting, including CVR and progress updates
* Supporting the resolution of commercial challenges and queries
You'll bring:
* Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within civil engineering or infrastructure
* Strong commercial awareness, with confidence managing costs and reporting on project performance
* A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across teams
* A good understanding of NEC contracts (essential)
* Experience in highways or infrastructure environments (preferred)
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, or equivalent experience
* Progress towards, or interest in, professional membership such as RICS or CICES

£50000.00 - £60000.00 per year
