How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Factory Trainer

    Normanton

    This well-established FMCG manufacturer continues to invest in its people and operations, providing excellent stability and long-term career prospects. You'll play a key role in developing employees across the factory, ensuring teams have the skills, knowledge and training required to perform safely and effectively.

    As a Factory Trainer, you will work closely with production teams and management to deliver practical, engaging training across the site. You'll support new starters, develop existing employees and ensure training and competency standards are consistently maintained.

    Your Role As A Factory Trainer Will Include:

    Deliver training to new and existing factory employees

    Conduct new starter inductions and onboarding

    Provide practical shop-floor training across production and manufacturing

    Train employees on processes, procedures, safety, quality and hygiene standards

    Assess employee competency and complete sign-offs

    Maintain training records, competency documentation and skills matrices

    Identify skills gaps and coordinate refresher and development training

    Work closely with Production, HR, Quality and Health & Safety teams

    Support the introduction of new processes, procedures and equipment

    The Role As A Factory Trainer Will Include:

    Experience within training, coaching or employee development

    Manufacturing, FMCG, food production or similar industry experience

    Confident delivering practical training in a factory environment

    Strong communication and organisational skills

    Comfortable working with employees at all levels
