The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Static Plumber to join a professional building services maintenance team supporting a prestigious multi-site estate across London and occasional cover for our site in East Sussex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified plumber who enjoys a varied maintenance role, working across a diverse portfolio of commercial and heritage buildings. You'll be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs, ensuring critical plumbing systems remain safe, compliant and fully operational.

What You'll Be Doing

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works
Fault finding and repair of hot and cold water systems
Maintenance of pipework, valves, sanitary ware and associated systems
Carrying out plumbing installations and minor remedial works
Supporting the overall upkeep of building services infrastructure
Completing maintenance records and compliance documentation
Working closely with site teams to deliver a high standard of serviceWhat We're Looking For

✅ NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)

✅ Experience within commercial building maintenance

✅ Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

✅ Knowledge of water hygiene and plumbing compliance requirements

✅ Excellent customer service and communication skills

✅ Full UK Driving Licence

Additional Information

This is a static role, primarily based at one location. There is no on-call rota or call-out requirement. However, candidates must hold a valid UK driving licence as occasional travel to a secondary site may be required. A pool car is provided on site for any business-related travel between locations.
