Lead Engineer

Are you a qualified electrical engineer looking for a new static maintenance position, working for a prestigious account for a growing service provider? We have a new role for a Lead electrical engineer, to be based at a flag ship office for a commercial organisation in Canary Wharf.

In addition to an immediate start, you will be offered a starting salary of £48,000. The benefits also include:

You will be working as the resident engineer, based on a static commercial office building in Canary Wharf. You will also be supported by a dedicated team of mobile engineers to assist with the maintenance within your building.

Within this electric engineer role you will be responsible for:

Delivering electrical PPMs

Reactive maintenance

AHU, FCU

BMS systems

HVAC 

Contractor management

Issuing of permits

Utilisation of the CAFM system

Daily client interaction 

For this Lead Engineer role, we are looking for:

Qualified level 3 electrician with 18th edition

Building services maintenance experience within a similar high spec office building

Working knowledge of AHU and HVAC 

Strong communication skills and able to liaise with a client day to day
