Our client is seeking an experienced Multi Trade Carpenter to join their team on a permanent basis working on a variety of regular repairs, scheduled inspection and large-scale refurbishment work across Essex
This is a permanent Multi Trade Carpenter position with an established and growing organisation and would suit someone looking to progress within their career.
Duties of the Multi Trade Carpenter:
* Carrying out carpentry and general maintenance on occupied and void properties
* Carpentry repairs, 1st fix and 2nd fix.
* Painting and decorating
Experience of the Multi Trade Carpenter:
* Must have carpentry experience (preferably qualified).
* A full UK driving license.
* Must have multiple trade experience.
Multi Trade Carpenter Salary:
* Up to £40k (DOE)
