How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Our growing client based in Ware is currently recruiting for a Client Account Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration of industry supporter, sales and marketing activities across the business.

    This role is fully onsite, working 9am-4.30pm, Monday-Friday. The salary on offer for this role is competitive.

    Main responsibilities

    * Manage day-to-day contact with Industry Supporters

    * Onboarding with package briefs and promotional opportunities.

    * Maintain up-to-date records of contacts, package benefits, renewal dates and activity.

    * Coordinate the delivery of benefits included within supporter packages.

    * Uploading and updating of content across WordPress, Mailchimp and social media platforms where required.

    * Prepare and schedule content, promotional copy and digital updates in line with the business’ wider marketing activity.

    * Ensure agreed activity is delivered on time and accurately.

    * Keep track of promotions and activity so the team can demonstrate value delivered to clients.

    * Add to database leads from social media outreach campaigns.

    * Support commercial activity, including stakeholder communications.

    * Help ensure information is shared internally so activity is delivered smoothly.

    * Support reporting on renewals, sponsorship activity and campaign delivery.

    * Help ensure the team have up-to-date information on commitments, renewal dates and promotional activity.

    * Provide general administrative support for activity as required by the CEO.

    Person specification

    * Experience in an admin, customer service, sales support, events or coordination role

    * Good organisational skills and attention to detail

    * Good written and verbal communication skills

    * Confidence communicating by email and phone

    * Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

    * Comfortable using Microsoft Office, databases, spreadsheets and/or CRM systems

    * Knowledge of using social media platforms, Mailchimp and WordPress to support marketing, communications or promotional activity

    * A proactive and positive approach to work

    * Ability to work well as part of a small team

    * Willingness to support a range of tasks and event activity

    Skills and attributes

    * Organised and reliable

    * Confident making follow-up calls and sending emails

    * Good attention to detail

    * Able to juggle different tasks and keep activity moving

    * Positive, practical and willing to get stuck in

    * Comfortable supporting both administrative and outward-facing work
