How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager
    Near Saxmundham
    Permanent, Full-Time
    £65,000 plus 10% bonus
    Monday to Friday Onsite
Build it. Improve it. Own it.
Are you a hands-on Supply Chain leader who enjoys turning operational challenges into opportunities?
This is an opportunity to take ownership of a supply chain operation and genuinely shape what it becomes. Joining a rapidly growing manufacturing business, you will initially focus on strengthening the Warehouse & Logistics operation before expanding your remit across planning, procurement, supplier performance and inventory management.
You will have the freedom to challenge the status quo, introduce structure, improve processes and build the systems, team and capability needed to support the next stage of growth.
    What you will be doing
    * Take full ownership of the Warehouse & Logistics operation, covering goods-in, storage, production picking, material flow and customer dispatch.
    * Lead, develop and structure the Warehouse, Supply Chain and Procurement teams, creating clear accountability and a high-performing culture.
    * Transform warehouse processes, layout, stock accuracy and material flow, introducing robust KPIs, standards and operating disciplines.
    * Champion the effective use of ERP/MRP systems, reducing manual processes and improving automation, scanning and transactional accuracy.
    * Develop and embed Demand & Capacity Planning, translating customer demand into manufacturing, labour, material, inventory and warehouse requirements.
    * Strengthen production and materials planning to improve availability, reduce shortages and minimise disruption.
    * Lead Procurement and Supplier Performance, developing strategic supplier relationships, SLAs, scorecards, cost improvements and supply resilience.
    * Own inventory strategy and working capital, improving stock visibility, inventory turns and control of excess and obsolete stock.
    * Drive continuous improvement and Lean thinking, using data and structured problem-solving to eliminate waste and recurring issues.
    * Work collaboratively with Operations, Production, Quality, Commercial and Senior Leadership to identify risks, solve problems and support business growth.
    * Ensure supply chain and warehouse activities operate safely and effectively within a regulated manufacturing environment.
    What we are looking for
You will be an experienced Supply Chain Leader with Warehouse and Logistics experience:
    * Strong, hands-on warehouse management experience and a track record of improving or transforming operations.
    * Previous experience within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare or FMCG.
    * Strong knowledge of demand and capacity planning, inventory and materials management.
    * Good ERP/MRP experience and a genuine interest in improving systems and processes.
    * Experience managing suppliers, procurement and logistics.
    * A data-driven approach and a passion for continuous improvement.
    * Proven leadership experience, with the ability to develop teams and influence from the factory floor through to senior leadership.
    The person
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven leader who thrives on transformational change and enjoys building high-performing teams.
You will be someone who sees opportunity in challenges, takes ownership and has the energy, ambition and commercial mindset to make things happen. You will be just as comfortable getting close to an issue on the warehouse floor as you are presenting solutions to the Senior Leadership Team.
If you are looking for a role where you can genuinely shape the future of a growing operation and see the impact of your work, this could be the opportunity for you
