FACILITIES COORDINATOR / ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER

40 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
We are recruiting an experienced Facilities Coordinator / Assistant Team Leader to join a busy and professional corporate site in Warrington.
This is a varied and rewarding position where no two days are the same. You will help coordinate a small team of multi-skilled operatives, work closely with contractors and engineers, and ensure day-to-day facilities services are delivered efficiently.
Your duties will include:
Supporting and coordinating the on-site operational team
Monitoring workloads, performance, KPIs and service standards
Liaising with contractors, engineers, suppliers and site stakeholders
Assisting with reports, financial administration and ongoing projects
Responding to operational issues and following escalation procedures
Ensuring tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescalesThe ideal candidate will have:
A minimum of two years’ administrative or operational support experience
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Good Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook knowledge
The confidence to make operational decisions
The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and customer-service skillsPrevious facilities management or engineering helpdesk experience would be advantageous.
