Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading main contractor specialising in prestigious residential, commercial, refurbishment and new-build projects. With an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional quality projects, they are looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their expanding commercial team. 

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within a successful contractor delivering high-value and technically challenging schemes.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of valuations and applications for payment.
Support the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitor project costs and budgets.
Assist with subcontractor payments and variations.
Prepare cost reports and commercial documentation.
Support senior commercial staff on multiple projects. Requirements

Degree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying or Construction-related discipline.
Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ambitious with a desire to progress within a commercial team.
Excellent attention to detail. Package

£40,000 - £50,000 Basic Salary
