We are hiring - Mould Technician
Our client, a leading global manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced and motivated Mould Technician to join their growing manufacturing team.

Rotating Shift - 6am - 2pm & 2pm - 10pm
Key Responsibilities
* Safely remove and install compression mould tools on hydraulic presses up to 1200 tonnes.
* Set and commission moulds to achieve first-off quality approval.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings, tooling drawings and production specifications.
* Support Production and Quality teams in resolving moulding defects.
* Carry out routine preventative maintenance and inspections on mould tooling.
* Maintain tooling to a high standard, ensuring correct cleaning and storage procedures are followed.
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures including LOTOTO, lifting operations and permit systems.
* Support machinery maintenance and planned preventative maintenance activities.
What We Are Looking For
* Previous experience setting and changing industrial mould tools.
* Mechanical fitting or mechanical engineering experience.
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
* Experience fault-finding and resolving manufacturing process issues.
* Experience using precision measuring equipment.
* Previous manufacturing or engineering experience.
* Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence (essential).
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Reliable, flexible and capable of working under pressure.
