Location: Midlands – within approximately 1 hour of Romsley, Halesowen
Pay: Dependent on experience - £20-24ph
Contract: Temporary initially, with potential for permanent employment

We are looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative with a strong Carpentry background to join a busy team working across multiple projects throughout the Midlands.
This is a varied role where no two days are necessarily the same. You will mainly work as part of a team, but will also be expected to work independently, manage your own tasks and deliver work to a high standard.
The Role
You will be carrying out a variety of construction, maintenance and remedial works, including:
* External cladding
* Fascia & soffits
* Flat roof and joist construction
* 2nd fix carpentry
* Minor repair works, including patching and painting
* Remedial works, customer care and snagging
* Site hoarding and gate installation
* Signage installation
* General cleaning and labouring
Additional Skills – Beneficial
Experience in any of the following would also be advantageous:
* Brickwork
* Plastering
* Patios and slabbing
* 360 Excavator ticket
* Telehandler ticket
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced across multiple trades, with a strong carpentry focus
* Reliable, hardworking and committed
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
* Able to self-manage and use initiative
* Quality-focused with good attention to detail
* Confident dealing with customers when required
* Flexible and willing to undertake a variety of tasks
* Able to travel between different projects as required
A full UK driving licence and own transport are essential due to the location of the projects.
Candidates with their own tools would be preferred.
The role will initially be offered on a temporary contract, with the opportunity to move into permanent employment for the right person.
The package will be dependent on experience, with opportunities for future training and development available.
