The Role:

We’re looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Team Lead to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a business that invests in you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing a Team including; Compliance Officers, Resourcers, Shift Bookers

* Business Development, growing the client base via both Public and Private Sector opportunities

* Build and manage strong client and candidate relationships

* Source, screen, and place top-tier talent into the right roles

* Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle

* Hit and exceed targets in a fast-paced, rewarding environment

* Stay informed on industry trends and market activity
