How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    My Local Authority client in Greater London is looking to appoint a talented Oracle ERP Programme Manager on a Contract basis.

    Following completion of the discovery phase, this role will lead the design an business case stage, including configuration, process improvement, reporting, controls, UX and implementation.

    About the role:

    Based in London (Hybrid - 2 days on site):

    Lead organisational redesign and transformational projects and programmes and be responsible for realising the identified programme benefits.
    Lead on and effectively manage multi-disciplinary and multiple project teams to deliver organisational and cultural change across the Council.
    The project will produce a clear business case setting out the recommended future direction for Oracle and an implementation plan, including a roadmap for future re‑procurement of the ERP system.
    The role will oversee multiple workstreams covering Finance, HR, IT and Change Management, ensuring that technical, process and organisational changes are successfully implemented and that anticipated benefits are realised.About you:
    You will have the following experiences:

    Significant experience leading Oracle ERP optimisation, improvement or transformation programmes.
    Demonstrable record of delivering Finance, HR, IT and Change Management in an Oracle ERP context.
    Strong experience managing budgets of £100K to £1M+
    Deep experience in Local Government, or similar Public Sector bodies.What's on offer:

    Salary: £800 per day, inside IR35
    Hybrid Working

    Hours: 09:00 -17:00 Monday to Friday
