How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Chef de Partie - Fine Dining Brasserie
    Location: South West London
    Salary: £35,000 per annum
    Hours: 40 hours per week
    Schedule: 4 days on / 3 days off
    Sector: Fine Dining / Brasserie

    We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a high-quality fine dining brasserie in South West London.

    This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and motivated chef to join a professional kitchen offering a great work-life balance, with a 4 days on / 3 days off working pattern and genuine opportunities for career development.

    The Role:
    - As Chef de Partie, you will work as part of a skilled kitchen team, helping to deliver consistently high-quality dishes using fresh, quality ingredients.
    - You will be responsible for your section, maintaining excellent standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene.

    The Ideal Candidate:
    - Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie in a quality restaurant or fine dining environment
    - Rosette experience is highly desirable
    - Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
    - Passionate about food and maintaining high standards
    - Reliable, organised and able to work well as part of a team
    - Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
