Are you a confident communicator who enjoys opening doors, building relationships and creating new business opportunities?
We're looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive to join a growing and highly successful organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on meeting new people, generating opportunities and playing a key role in business growth.
You'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective clients, developing long-term relationships and creating a strong pipeline of opportunities for the wider sales team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Proactively identifying and targeting new business opportunities
Building relationships with decision-makers across a range of industries
Conducting outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach
Qualifying leads and booking meetings for senior sales colleagues
Managing and developing your own sales pipeline
Following up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
Working closely with colleagues to achieve business growth targetsWhat We're Looking For:
Previous experience in sales, business development, lead generation or customer-facing roles
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a proactive and resilient approach
Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
