Associate Building Surveyor

Associate Building Surveyor in Central London paying £53,000 with OTE up to £150,000 pa through a quarterly performance bonus. This is a Permanent, Full-time position combining commercial building surveying delivery with client development and fee generation.
Responsibilities
* Generate building surveying instructions through established clients, industry contacts and professional relationships.
* Lead commercial refurbishment and improvement projects reaching approximately £10 million.
* Manage technical due diligence, dilapidations and portfolio commissions.
* Own WIP, billing, fee recovery and profitability across managed accounts.
* Develop existing clients by identifying requirements across complementary consultancy disciplines.
Requirements
* MRICS chartered status.
* Senior-level commercial building surveying consultancy experience.
* Experience developing clients and generating repeat professional instructions.
* Established professional network capable of supporting future fee generation.
* Project delivery experience alongside technical due diligence or dilapidations capability.
Salary & Package
* Base salary £53,000
* OTE up to £150,000 pa
* Quarterly performance bonus with 40% potential on qualifying fee income above cost.
