Pay Rate: £13.38 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm

Manpower is recruiting Temporary Yard Labourers on behalf of our client, a well-established company within the recycling and waste management industry based in Stourbridge, West Midlands.
This is a physically demanding role and would suit candidates who enjoy hands-on work in an industrial environment. You will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operation of a busy recycling facility.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving and processing food waste deliveries
Completing goods-in checks and signing off deliveries
Cleaning vehicle tyres and heavy plant machinery before they leave site
General labouring duties across the yard and site
Litter picking and maintaining site cleanliness
Cleaning spillages and ensuring a safe working environment
Supporting site operations as required
Candidate Requirements
Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties throughout the day
Comfortable working in a waste and recycling environment, including exposure to strong odours
Reliable, hardworking, and health and safety conscious
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Previous experience in a labouring, yard operative, or recycling role would be advantageous
Desirable Skills
Telehandler experience would be beneficial, although full training can be provided and this is not essential
