The Role: Partner (Health-Tech)
We are seeking a Partner to lead and scale our health-tech practice. Based in London (hybrid), you will own client engagements end-to-end—from diagnosing strategic roadblocks to executing go-to-market, fundraising, and operational initiatives. You will step in alongside ambitious leadership teams to translate board-level objectives into hands-on, actionable execution.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of senior leadership experience in healthcare, health-tech, or top-tier management consulting.
- Commercial Gravitas: An active C-suite network and the proven ability to sell to and advise boards and executives across the UK, US, or EU.
- Functional Depth: Deep operational expertise in product, marketing, regulatory affairs, or corporate development.
- Execution Focus: Demonstrated track record of designing and executing GTM and growth strategies, particularly for VC and PE-backed businesses.
- Mindset: Highly entrepreneurial, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, and able to seamlessly shift between boardroom strategy and in-the-trenches execution.
