How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Do you want to join a high-performing investment environment where you'll be trusted from day one, exposed to senior professionals, and given a genuine opportunity to build a long-term career?

We're partnering with an exceptional investment firm to find an ambitious, proactive and highly organised Team Assistant to become an integral part of a collaborative and fast-paced team.

This is an opportunity to join a business that values potential, invests in development, and offers clear progression for individuals who demonstrate drive, initiative and a desire to grow.

    The Opportunity

Supporting a small group of investment professionals, you'll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly while gaining exposure to a dynamic and professional environment. No two days are the same. From diary management and travel coordination to events, projects and office operations, you'll become a trusted member of the team with the chance to take on increasing responsibility over time.

This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional level of support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Complex diary and meeting coordination
    • Travel booking and itinerary management
    • Expense processing and administrative support
    • Assisting with events and team activities
    • Maintaining internal systems and databases
    • Supporting office operations and reception activities when required
    • Helping deliver projects and wider business initiatives
    • Building strong relationships across the business

    About You

We're interested in attitude as much as experience.

    You'll likely be:

    • Highly organised and detail-oriented
    • Proactive, dependable and eager to learn
    • A confident communicator who enjoys working with people
    • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities
    • Tech-savvy and naturally curious about new ways of working
    • Looking for a role where you can develop your skills and build a long-term career

Previous experience within administration, team support, office coordination, reception or customer-facing environments would be advantageous, but a positive mindset and willingness to learn are equally important.

    What's on Offer

    • Competitive salary
    • Annual discretionary bonus
    • Comprehensive benefits package
    • Hybrid working environment
    • Regular social events and company activities
    • A collaborative and supportive culture
    • Genuine progression and development opportunities

    Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to join a successful and highly respected organisation where support professionals are valued, trusted and encouraged to develop their careers.

If you're looking for a role that offers variety, responsibility, exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to grow within a high-performing environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today or get in touch for a confidential conversation.
