How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The Role

As Weekend Community Lead at Qube Shoreditch, you'll be the face of the building on Saturdays and Sundays, delivering a best-in-class membership experience, building genuine relationships with members, and supporting them in their creative journey with Qube.

This is a hands-on, weekend-only role spanning front of house, hospitality and building operations. You'll keep things running smoothly across the weekend and hand over cleanly to the weekday team, working closely with the Community Manager to keep the member experience consistent throughout the week.

You'll report to the General Manager and act as Qube's on-the-ground presence over the weekend, providing technical and operational support and being ready to solve problems as they come up.

    Key Responsibilities

    Member & Workspace Client Experience

    • Ensure all members are welcomed to Qube with a "wow, it's you!" experience.

    • Take ownership of member issues, using a hospitality-driven mindset to find solutions and make sure members feel heard and taken care of.
    • Work the front desk coverage, being the face and energetic embodiment of Qube.
    • Act as on-site barista, serving coffee and drinks to members as required.

    Member Communications

    • Know and explain Qube's member policies and procedures, in person, via email, or through the members app, keeping members informed and abiding by community guidelines.
    • Respond to emails and app messages in a timely, professional manner, keeping the Qube voice.
    • Keep members informed of any building updates or changes over the weekend.

    Site Support

    • Conduct morning and evening checklists, ensuring studios and communal spaces are set up according to the staging guide.
    • Support members with use of studio equipment.
    • Support the Events team with private event hire over the weekend.
    • Manage the energy of the building, music, lighting, and any activations, in line with the Qube brand.
    • Ensure a smooth, well-documented handover to the weekday team.

    Facilities Awareness

    • Carry out regular, basic studio maintenance to keep studios looking fresh and clean.
    • Escalate recurring maintenance problems, ensuring the building is always at its best.
    • Understand and follow health and safety procedures, reporting risks or incidents promptly.
