How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

At TTC, we are Enriching lives by connecting people and places.

For over 100 years, we’ve been bringing the world closer together by crafting journeys that create lasting memories, lifelong friendships and meaningful cultural connections. Across more than 70 countries and our award-winning brands, we design and deliver travel experiences that go beyond sightseeing - they change perspectives.

Behind every unforgettable journey is a passionate team making it happen. That’s where you come in.

    Our Values

Five shared commitments shape how we work, and how we will work with you:

    • Value Every Voice. We put people first.
    • Act with Integrity. We do what is right.
    • Explore Beyond Boundaries. We are driven by curiosity.
    • Own the Outcome. We take responsibility for our decisions.
    • Succeed Together. We have each other's backs.

    The Role

This role connects business ambition with the Data and AI capability needed to deliver it. You will own the vision, roadmap and value realisation of our strategic data products, working across business teams, Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics and Technology.

This is not requirements management. You will operate as a genuine product leader: understanding customer and commercial problems deeply, making clear prioritisation calls and holding the line on what creates value. The remit is broad, the stakeholders are senior and the products you build will be used across a global portfolio of travel brands. If you want to shape what gets built rather than document what has been asked for, this is that role.

    What Will You Do?

    • Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for priority data products and capabilities.
    • Build a deep understanding of the customer, commercial and operational problems Data and AI can solve.
    • Turn business opportunities into clear product outcomes and requirements.
    • Prioritise investment on value, strategic fit, feasibility and user need.
    • Partner with Engineering, Data Science and Analytics through discovery and delivery.
    • Define success measures and track adoption, value and business impact.
    • Build reusable data products rather than isolated reporting or one-off solutions.
    • Manage competing stakeholder priorities and make clear, evidence-led trade-offs.
    • Champion user-centred discovery, experimentation and iterative delivery.
    • Strengthen product management discipline across the wider Data and AI organisation.

    About You

    Essential

    • Significant experience in data product management, digital product management or an equivalent data-led product role.
    • Strong understanding of modern Data, Analytics and AI capabilities and how they create value.
    • A track record taking complex data products from discovery through delivery and adoption.
    • Strong product discovery, prioritisation and roadmap management capability.
    • Experience partnering closely with Data Engineering, Analytics and Data Science teams.
    • Commercial judgement, linking technology investment to measurable outcomes.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and influence across technical and senior business audiences.
    • Comfort deciding in ambiguity and challenging requests that do not fit the product strategy.

    Desirable

    • Experience with customer, transactional or behavioural data products.
    • Exposure to Snowflake or another modern cloud data platform.
    • Experience building product management capability within a data function.
    • Experience in a global, multi-brand or multi-market business.
    • Curiosity about travel, hospitality or global consumer businesses.
