Events & Experiential Business Coordinator – Central London
We’re working with one of London’s most exciting entertainment and cultural destinations to find an Events & Experiential Business Coordinator to join their growing commercial team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within events, experiential and venue sales.
The role will support the Events & Experiential sales team across client briefs, proposals, bookings and commercial opportunities, while working closely with Creative, Operations, Technical and Marketing teams.
Key responsibilities:
• Supporting incoming client briefs and enquiries
• Creating proposals, pitch decks and client presentations
• Coordinating information across internal teams
• Managing and tracking enquiries through the CRM
• Supporting client meetings, site visits and showcases
• Preparing quotes and standard packages
• Taking ownership of smaller client enquiries once trained
• Tracking bookings, contracts and key milestones
• Supporting sales reporting and pipeline management
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Commercially minded and confident with clients
• A strong written and verbal communicator
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using PowerPoint, Excel and CRM systems
• Proactive, positive and keen to develop
Previous experience within events, experiential, venues, media or a similar commercial environment would be ideal.
