Document Production Specialist – Law Firm

Our client, a leading London law firm, is looking for an experienced Document Production Specialist to join its document production team.
This role is suited to someone with strong document production expertise gained specifically within a law firm, with the ability to produce accurate, professionally formatted legal documents while working to tight deadlines.
Please note: Previous law firm document production experience is essential. Applications from candidates without law firm experience will not be progressed.
Responsibilities will include:
- Creating, formatting and amending complex legal documents
- Producing correspondence, reports and presentations
- Working with lengthy documents, styles, numbering and cross-referencing
- Converting and comparing documents
- Producing tables, charts and other document content
- Troubleshooting complex formatting issues
- Managing multiple document requests and deadlines
- Ensuring work meets the firm's quality and formatting standards
- Supporting lawyers, partners and business services teams with document requirements
We’re looking for:
- Previous document production experience within a law firm
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Excellent document formatting and proofreading ability
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise urgent requests in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication and client service skills
Law firm experience is a mandatory requirement for this position.
