How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    HR Coordinator | 12-Month FTC | North London | Full-Time On-Site

We’re recruiting for an experienced HR Coordinator to join a busy, high-performing HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the full employee lifecycle, so it would suit someone who enjoys working at pace, is highly organised and takes real pride in delivering an accurate and first-class HR service.

You’ll be joining a collaborative HR team where no two days are quite the same, supporting employees and managers while helping to keep HR processes running smoothly.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Act as a first point of contact for HR, Learning & Development and Recruitment queries, managing the shared HR inbox and providing a professional and responsive service.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and act as a super user of the HR system.
    • Coordinate HR administration across the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, amendments, onboarding, leavers and exit interviews.
    • Administer employee benefits and ensure records are accurate and kept up to date.
    • Produce and maintain HR documentation to support legal and regulatory compliance.
    • Coordinate updates to the employee handbook, HR policies and associated documentation.
    • Work closely with the wider HR team to review, improve and embed HR processes.
    • Provide administrative support for the annual salary and bonus review process.
    • Support the delivery of HR and Learning & Development initiatives, meetings and events.
    • Provide wider administrative and logistical support to the HR team as required.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Previous UK experience within an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or HR Administration role.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
    • Excellent attention to detail and a consistently high level of accuracy.
    • Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
    • Confident and professional communication skills.
    • A proactive, helpful approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a busy HR team.
    • The ability to work full-time on-site in North London.
    • Availability to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being at the heart of a busy HR function and wants a role with plenty of variety, responsibility and exposure across the employee lifecycle.
