- Coordinate updates to the employee handbook, HR policies and associated documentation.
- Work closely with the wider HR team to review, improve and embed HR processes.
- Provide administrative support for the annual salary and bonus review process.
- Support the delivery of HR and Learning & Development initiatives, meetings and events.
- Provide wider administrative and logistical support to the HR team as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous UK experience within an HR Coordinator, HR Assistant or HR Administration role.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
- Excellent attention to detail and a consistently high level of accuracy.
- Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
- A proactive, helpful approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a busy HR team.
- The ability to work full-time on-site in North London.
- Availability to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being at the heart of a busy HR function and wants a role with plenty of variety, responsibility and exposure across the employee lifecycle.
