Head of Product – Personalisation, APIs & AI | £90k–£110k + Bonus | Watford (1 day per week)
We’re looking for an experienced Head of Product Management to lead a newly created product function within a major UK PLC consumer digital brand. This is a strategic leadership role focused on the data, APIs and technology powering personalisation at scale across web and app.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who has led Product Managers in a large-scale B2C digital environment and has experience across personalisation, real-time data, APIs and AI/ML-enabled products.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and developing a team of Product Managers
- Owning product strategy for personalisation, APIs and real-time data services
- Driving AI/ML and intent-based personalisation capabilities
- Working closely with Engineering, Data and Technology teams
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years’ Product experience, including genuine Head of Product-level leadership
- Strong background in personalisation, APIs, data platforms or recommendation products
- Experience building products around real-time customer data and decisioning
- Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs or intent-based technologies

- £90,000–£110,000 + bonus
