This is an exciting opportunity to join our EL/PL Multi-Track team as a Team Leader, where you'll play a key role in leading the team, acting as the technical point of contact with regards to complex claims as well as managing your own small caseload of complex and high-value litigated matters.
We are looking for the right person to join our team and so are open to the role being based f rom either of our Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds offices
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a reduced caseload of multi-track Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims
- Providing operational and technical guidance to the team
- Day to day management of direct reports including allocation of cases, 121s and file reviews
- Supporting business development, budgeting and forecasting
About You
- Must be a qualified Solicitor admitted in England & Wales or a Chartered Legal Executive
- Must be a Grade A solicitor specialising in multi-track EL/PL personal injury claims
- Must have demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring others
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and case management skills
- Ability to undertake business development activity and financial analysis
