How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Newly created opportunity for a Resourcing Coordinator to join the busy internal Talent Resourcing team of a leading international law firm, supporting recruitment at Partner level.

Working alongside three Resourcing Managers, you will play an integral role in the delivery of lateral Partner recruitment campaigns, gaining exposure to senior stakeholders across the firm and supporting searches from initial business case through to successful hire.

    Key responsibilities will include:

    • Supporting HR and Finance Business Partners and Practice Leads with the preparation of business cases for Partner hires
    • Conducting market mapping and competitor research to support recruitment activity
    • Managing the candidate experience from end to end, ensuring prospective Partner hires receive a professional and high-touch experience throughout
    • Coordinating complex interview processes across multiple senior stakeholders
    • Providing recruitment support and guidance to Practice Groups to help drive successful hiring outcomes
    • Managing relationships with executive search firms and recruitment agencies, including coordinating briefings and overseeing contracts and terms
    • Supporting the wider Resourcing team with recruitment projects and initiatives as required

We are looking for a highly organised, detail-focused and results-driven individual who is confident working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple priorities.

Experience within the legal sector or a professional services environment would be highly advantageous, alongside strong communication, coordination and relationship-management skills. It is essential that you have prior experience of market mapping in an in-house or recruitment agency role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within senior-level talent acquisition, gaining valuable exposure to Partner recruitment within a leading international law firm.

The firm offers a competitive base salary (dependent on experience) alongside an excellent benefits package and hybrid working.

This role is initially being recruited as a 12 month FTC, with a strong chance of going permanent for the right person.

Seeker Recruitment is acting as an employment agency in relation to this role.
