How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Your new role


    We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products across our supply chain.


    The primary purpose of this role is to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting the effective management of supply chain activities. The role is responsible for processing and administering customer orders within the ERP system, providing timely support and communication to customers and internal stakeholders, and coordinating activities throughout the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the position ensures customer requirements are met, inventory and supply chain activities are effectively managed, and orders are fulfilled on time and in full, while maintaining high service standards and supporting business objectives.


    Key Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Act as the primary point of contact between customers and the business, ensuring effective communication, prompt issue resolution, and exceptional customer service throughout the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process.
    • Process customer orders and enquiries from acknowledgement through to delivery, ensure liaison with cross functional teams, suppliers, and customers in a professional manner.
    • Attend weekly sales alignment meeting, track order progress, and prepare weekly report for Sales team.
    • Coordinate with Planning / Production Team to confirm product availability to meet customer requirement.
    • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are picked, packed and ready for dispatch as per agreed dates.
    • Support compliance with company procedure and applicable GMP/GDP and export requirements.
    • Prepare Health Certificates and other relevant export documents as per customer / customs requirements.
    • Obtain and compare freight quotations and negotiate freight rate and terms where appropriate.
    • Coordinate with Logistics Partner and ensure all shipping documentation are complete and accurate.
    • Support the Supply Chain Manager in the effective management of inventory, customer requirements, and supply chain activities to achieve both customer satisfaction and business objectives.
    • Carry out any additional duties and responsibilities as required by the business to support changing operational needs and achieve business objectives.


    Qualifications:


    • Equivalent relevant experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing or logistics.
    • Good level of communication skills.
    • Good working knowledge MS office & SAP


    Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in a customer service, supply chain, operations, or manufacturing role, with responsibility for order processing, customer support, and cross-functional coordination.
    • Experience of working in a highly regulated environment, such as Pharmaceutical or Food manufacturing, and possessing the associated level of attention to detail is essential.

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of import and export processes and international logistics
    • Understanding of EMEA customs requirements, import/export regulations and international trade compliance.
    • Knowledge of Incoterms, customs documentation, commodity codes/HS codes and country-of-origin requirements.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills when dealing with suppliers, logistics providers and international teams.
    • Good problem-solving skills, particularly around customs delays, shipment issues and regulatory requirements.
