How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Office based Mon to Friday Full-time or Part- Time- in everyday.

    Are you currently looking for a fast paced, interesting and busy new role working for a well established, family run business in Fordingbridge. Our client provides high-quality technical guidance, solutions and advise to a wide range of clients within the construction sector and are currently looking for a Client Liaison Coordinator.

    This role is a pivotal, client facing position which requires strong communication and coordination skills, liaising with external and internal teams to ensure delivery of services. You will develop a deep understanding of a wide range of clients and their specific requirements long with a detailed knowledge of the consultants workflow and commitments. As a Client Liaison Coordinator you will work across several projects at once and ensure that work is maintained to the highest quality, on time and within budget.

    Duties of Client Liaison Coordinator will involve:-

    * Receive initial enquires for new work from clients by email and phone

    * Set up quotations within the CRM software and allocate to colleagues for their preparation

    * Liaise with clients for further information if required to prepare a detailed quote

    * Monitor progress of quotations to ensure they are sent out within preferred timescales.

    * Check and issue quotations to clients

    * Respond to client queries about quotations

    * Accept new instructions from client

    * Check all materials have been received, liaise with clients and other professionals to allocate projects to colleagues•

    * Liaise with internal teams and clients to agree delivery dates for reports/services

    * Allocate new projects to consultants and support progress of projects

    * Ensure we hit target dates for deliverables, keeping client updated of any variations

    * Have regular ‘catch ups’ with consultants to maintain smooth work flow and identify and issues at an early stage

    * Delegate administrative/drawing tasks to members of the support team

    * Oversee the central mail inbox, maintaining an overview of ongoing and potential incoming work

    * Oversee consultants workloads to ensure we can meet target dates

    * Be the main point of contact in the office for project queries

    * Identify potential issues at an early stage and work to alleviate or mitigate these

    * Liaise with external suppliers and support providers

    * Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues

    Experience and qualifications of Client Liaison Coordinator:

    Experience working in the construction sector, project support or as a Document controller would be highly beneficial

    You will need to have strong IT Skills using Microsoft and Excell

    You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure
