We are currently recruiting Scaffolders (Part 2 and above) and Scaffold Supervisors for ongoing work in Barrow-in-Furness.
Please note: Candidates must currently hold SC clearance or have held valid SC clearance within the last 12 months to be considered for these positions.
We are looking for experienced and reliable professionals who are available for long-term work and can demonstrate a strong commitment to health, safety and quality.
Scaffolder – Pay Rates
* Basic – First 37 hours: £25.00 per hour
* OT1 – First 2 overtime hours: £26.00 per hour
* OT2 – All hours after 39: £35.00 per hour
* Lodge Allowance: £45 per day
Scaffold Supervisor – Pay Rates
* Basic – First 37 hours: £26.75 per hour
* OT1 – First 2 overtime hours: £27.00 per hour
* OT2 – All hours after 39: £37.75 per hour
* Lodge Allowance: £45 per day
Requirements
Scaffolders
* CISRS Part 2 or above
* Must currently hold SC clearance or have held SC clearance within the last 12 months
* Relevant scaffolding experience
* Experience working in industrial, construction or shipyard environments is advantageous
* Strong understanding of health and safety requirements
* Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
* Right to work in the UK
Scaffold Supervisors
* Relevant CISRS supervisory qualification
* Must currently hold SC clearance or have held SC clearance within the last 12 months
* Extensive scaffolding experience
* Previous supervisory experience
* Strong understanding of site health and safety requirements
* Confident managing and coordinating scaffolding teams
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Right to work in the UK
Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position, you will be responsible for carrying out and/or supervising scaffolding activities safely and efficiently.
Scaffolders will be responsible for erecting, altering and dismantling scaffolding in accordance with relevant standards and site requirements, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
Scaffold Supervisors will oversee scaffolding teams, coordinate daily activities, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain compliance with site procedures and health and safety standards.
