With a significant international footprint and deep sector expertise, the corporate team advises on:
- Private equity investments and exits
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Growth capital and venture transactions
- Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
- Corporate restructuring and complex corporate advisory work
- Cross-border transactions involving North American, UK and European clients

Candidate Profile
