How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    UX Designer | London | International Marketing | Hybrid, London | £70k + benefits

We're hiring a Digital UX Designer to help shape the next generation of digital experiences for a global investment management firm- one built for both human visitors and the AI answer engines increasingly shaping how people research financial products.

This is a rare role at the intersection of classic UX craft and the emerging discipline of Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO). You'll design interfaces that are genuinely engaging for people, while making sure the underlying structure is clean and semantic enough for AI systems to read, understand, and cite.

    What you'll do

    • Lead design of a "dual-layer" architecture: rich, interactive experiences for human users alongside clean, structured, semantic markup that AI agents can parse and cite
    • Design and optimise multi-step journeys for high-intent visitors arriving via AI platforms, working closely with AEO and content strategists
    • Champion "agent-first" UX principles across the team, from information architecture to component choice
    • Use analytics, A/B testing, personalisation (Adobe Target) and AI citation data to validate and improve design decisions
    • Design mobile-first across all digital platforms
    • Partner with developers, content strategists and marketing managers to turn business and AEO requirements into intuitive user experiences

    What you'll bring

    • 5+ years in Digital UX/UI design, ideally within a regulated industry (asset management, financial services, or complex B2B)
    • Strong skills in mobile-first design, information architecture, wireframing and high-fidelity prototyping (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
    • Confident designing data-rich interfaces — charts, tables, and complex information hierarchies
    • Experience designing for enterprise CMS platforms, ideally Adobe Experience Manager and Marketing Cloud
    • Solid grounding in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and front-end technical constraints
    • Working knowledge of SEO and/or AEO principles — structured data, Schema.org, semantic HTML
    • Comfort using data and testing to drive design decisions
    • A portfolio demonstrating data-informed design on complex, information-rich user journeys
    • Strong communication skills — able to explain design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
    • A relevant degree (design, HCI, or related field) preferred

Why this role You'll be shaping how one of the newest frontiers in digital marketing gets built — where great design and AI visibility aren't competing priorities but the same job. If you like solving genuinely novel problems and want your portfolio to include work most designers haven't touched yet, this is that role.

Apply now to join a collaborative, fast-moving marketing organisation at the forefront of AI-era digital experience design.
