How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

London - Full time onsite (non negotiable

    Attractive salary and bonus

Help shape the careers of tomorrow's talent.

Some HR roles focus on policy. Others focus on process.

This opportunity combines both, while placing you at the heart of an ambitious Early Careers programme supporting graduates and interns as they begin their professional careers.

We're looking for a proactive, commercially-minded HR professional who enjoys building relationships, navigating people challenges and delivering exceptional employee experiences. You'll partner closely with managers, Talent Acquisition and senior HR stakeholders to ensure emerging talent receives the support, guidance and development they need to thrive.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to broaden their HR Business Partnering experience within a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating and high-performing environment.

    Why Apply?

This isn't a role where you'll sit on the sidelines.

You'll gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle for graduate and intern populations, working closely with business leaders and HR colleagues while developing your skills across employee relations, business partnering, talent development and stakeholder management.

You'll be joining a collaborative HR team that values curiosity, ownership and continuous improvement, giving you the opportunity to make a visible impact while accelerating your own career development.

    The Role

Supporting designated business areas, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging experience for interns and graduates from onboarding through to development and performance management.

While this role offers excellent stakeholder exposure, it is also highly operational. We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work behind the scenes as well as building trusted relationships with managers and employees.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner with managers on day-to-day people matters relating to interns and graduates
    • Support the onboarding, integration and development of Early Careers talent
    • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries and HR guidance
    • Assist with performance review processes and talent discussions
    • Support managers through sensitive conversations and employee matters where appropriate
    • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure a smooth transition from hiring through to onboarding
    • Collaborate with Talent Development teams on engagement and development initiatives
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR data
    • Ensure HR processes and documentation are delivered to a consistently high standard
    • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, projects and continuous improvement activities
    • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and immigration-related processes

    What We're Looking For

We're keen to speak with bright, ambitious HR professionals who combine strong operational delivery with excellent judgement and relationship-building skills.

    Essential Experience

    • Minimum of 2 years' experience within an HR Advisor, HRBP or similar operational HR role
    • Strong HR administration and process management experience
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
    • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability
    • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving and high-performance environment
    • Proactive, curious and quick to learn

    Desirable Experience

    • Early Careers, Graduate, Internship or Campus population experience
    • Exposure to Employee Relations matters
    • Experience partnering closely with Talent Acquisition teams
    • Workday experience
    • Understanding of UK immigration processes
    • Experience gained within financial services, investment management, banking, technology or similarly fast-paced environments

Who Will Succeed in This Role?

You'll thrive if you're someone who:

    • Enjoys building trusted relationships
    • Has strong emotional intelligence and sound judgement
    • Loves being organised and managing multiple priorities
    • Takes ownership and follows tasks through to completion
    • Is equally comfortable working with people and managing detailed operational activity
    • Wants to continue developing their HR Business Partnering career

    What's in It for You?

    • Exposure to senior stakeholders and business leaders
    • The opportunity to support and develop high-potential graduate and intern talent
    • Broad HR exposure across business partnering and employee relations
    • A collaborative, high-performing environment
    • Genuine career development opportunities
    • Hybrid working and a supportive team culture

If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, develop your HR career and work alongside talented colleagues in a fast-moving environment, we'd love to hear from you.

    Why this opportunity is different

This role is ideal for someone who wants more than a traditional HR administration position but isn't looking to move away from hands-on delivery. You'll have the chance to develop genuine business partnering skills while remaining close to the operational activity that keeps an Early Careers programme running successfully. It's a fantastic platform for someone looking to accelerate their HR career and gain exposure to a high-achieving, commercially focused environment.
