How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Anya Hindmarch founded her business in London in 1987 and it has since grown into a global brand. Today, it is as known for its luxury, organisation-obsessed accessories as it is for its groundbreaking work in sustainability and its playful experiential retail concepts. Creativity, modern craftsmanship and personalisation sit at the heart of everything Anya Hindmarch does.

In Anya’s words, Bespoke is about ‘having your name on something, rather than mine’. At the Bespoke store in the heart of the Village, customers can weave their stories into the unique precious pieces, by having drawings or messages in their own handwriting embossed by in-store craftspeople. From adding initials to a weekend bag to an embroidered monogram on a clutch, countless pieces can be personalised. This is rooted in an ongoing commitment to reconnect the craftsman and the customer, preserving memories to create heirlooms that will be passed through generations.

We are currently looking for embosser to join our friendly Bespoke team:

    Responsibilities

    · Following the template to ensure that products are embossed correctly and to the customer specifications.

    · Keen eye for detail, willingly learning new skills.

    · Making sure the finished products look immaculate with supremely high standard, correct embossing.

    · Ensuring that all the products are in perfect condition before they are embossed.

    · Keeping a tidy embossing area, making sure all tools and paperwork are organised.

    · Working on samples to be embossed and displayed in stores.

    · Completing press and marketing gifting and corporate projects.

    · Maintaining the daily embossing schedule within the store or Head Office and planning your work accordingly so all orders are done on time.

    · Completing orders that may be placed on the day to a high standard.

    Personal qualities & essential qualifications

    · Experience working with leather and hot stamping.

    · A creative eye, experience in detailed manual work and working with your hands.

    · Understanding of typography/aesthetic, an enquiring mind and the desire to learn a new skill

    · A calm, patient demeanour with excellent attention to detail.

    · Team player, happy to work on repetitive jobs at a steady pace.

    · Ability to work well under pressure.

    · Positive, self-aware with a can-do attitude.

    · Flexible approach to possibility of working overtime during busy periods.

    · Happy to move between store and Head Office at short notice.

    · A background working in a retail environment would be an advantage.
