How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Pricing Administrator - EMEA

    Location: Manchester

At Spectrum Brands, we’re proud to work as a global, collaborative business where our teams play an important role in keeping things moving for our customers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Pricing Administrator to join our Customer Service team and help ensure our customer pricing is accurate, well managed and fully compliant across the region.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data and detail, building strong relationships across different teams, and making sure processes run smoothly and accurately..

    The Role

As our Pricing Administrator, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day administration of customer pricing across the EMEA region. You’ll work closely with Account Managers, Customer Service, Finance, Master Data, Supply Chain and Logistics Claims to make sure pricing is correctly maintained and any issues are resolved quickly.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing and maintaining customer pricing records across EMEA in line with approved agreements, authorisations and company policies.
    • Reviewing and processing approved pricing forms, customer agreements and pricing amendments.
    • Creating and maintaining customer pricing conditions within SAP.
    • Monitoring pricing agreements and proactively working with Account Managers on upcoming renewals and expiries.
    • Investigating pricing discrepancies and resolving pricing-related sales order blocks.
    • Working with Commercial, Customer Service and Supply Chain teams to identify issues, understand root causes and find timely solutions.
    • Ensuring pricing activity is completed in line with SOX controls and internal governance requirements, with clear and auditable supporting documentation.
    • Supporting internal and external audits, compliance reviews and control testing where required.
    • Providing pricing guidance and support to Customer Service teams and Account Managers.
    • Supporting the investigation and resolution of customer pricing claims and disputes, including processing approved pricing-related credit notes.
    • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that improve pricing accuracy, controls and reporting.
    • Providing cover and operational support to the Logistics Claims function during periods of planned or unplanned absence, including claims administration, tracking and documentation.

It’s a varied role with plenty of cross-functional exposure, giving you the opportunity to build your knowledge of pricing, commercial operations and wider business processes across EMEA.

    About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-focused and naturally enjoys getting things right. You’ll be comfortable working with data and systems, managing multiple priorities and communicating with colleagues across different teams and countries.

    You’ll ideally have:

    • Previous experience in pricing administration, customer service, sales support or commercial operations.
    • Strong attention to detail and a genuine focus on data accuracy.
    • Experience working with an ERP system, ideally SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
    • Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
    • An understanding of SOX controls, compliance or other governed business processes.
    • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Good communication and relationship-building skills, with confidence working across functions and countries.
    • A practical, analytical approach to investigating problems, identifying root causes and finding solutions.

Experience in EMEA pricing, manufacturing, FMCG or consumer goods would be advantageous, as would knowledge of SAP pricing conditions, audit support, credit notes, pricing disputes, logistics claims or customer deductions.

Most importantly, you’ll be someone who is proactive, dependable and collaborative, who takes pride in the quality of their work and enjoys being part of a team.

If you’re looking for a role where you can make a real contribution, work with a broad range of teams and develop your experience within an international business, we’d love to hear from you.
