How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Join us and play your part in making life’s moments mean a little more.

    About the team

Our Bottling team plays a key role in ensuring Diageo’s products are produced safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with production, engineering and quality teams, the team helps keep our bottling operation running smoothly while continuously improving performance.

    About the role

As Temporary Bottling Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of approximately 6–8 operators and take ownership of the day-to-day performance of the bottling lines.

Working a 12-hour shift pattern of 7:00–19:00 / 19:00–7:00, you’ll make real-time decisions to keep production safe, efficient and on plan. You’ll have the opportunity to lead people, drive continuous improvement and make a direct impact on safety, quality and production performance.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Leading and supporting a team of approximately 6–8 operators across the bottling operation.
    • Ensuring production runs safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
    • Managing day-to-day operational challenges, including breakdowns, quality concerns and changes to the production plan.
    • Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Planning and other teams to minimise disruption and maintain production performance.
    • Coaching and developing team members, while creating an environment where people feel empowered to identify and solve problems.
    • Monitoring production performance, line efficiency, waste and downtime.
    • Supporting continuous improvement across the bottling operation.
    • Ensuring company policies, procedures and manufacturing standards are consistently followed.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of a busy production operation, develop your leadership experience and make a visible impact within one of the world's leading drinks businesses.

    Experience and skills required

We’d love to work with you if you have:

    • Previous experience leading or supervising people within a manufacturing, production or FMCG environment.
    • Experience working with bottling or high-speed production lines.
    • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
    • Experience using SAP and/or production performance systems.
    • An understanding of continuous improvement, food safety, quality and manufacturing standards.

You’ll also need to be comfortable working the 12-hour shift pattern of 7:00–19:00 / 19:00–7:00.

    Working with us

Flexibility is key to our success. Talk to us about what flexibility means to you, so that you’re supported to manage your wellbeing and balance your priorities from day one.

We value diversity in its broadest sense and want everyone to feel they can belong, contribute and strive for their personal best. Together, we’re constantly learning and improving, combining the strength of our people, capabilities and iconic brands to raise the bar, grow and win. Wherever you join us, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute, make an impact and play your part in making life’s moments mean a little more.
