We're working with an established and growing mechanical contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to support their expanding Data Centre client base across London and the M25.

The Role You'll take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple mechanical projects throughout the full lifecycle, from design and pre-construction through to installation, commissioning and handover. You'll work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal Design, Estimating and Commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, commercially and to programme.

Managing multiple mechanical projects and smaller works packages concurrently
Taking projects from pre-construction and design through to commissioning and handover
Managing variations, delays, programme impacts and commercial risks
Working closely with QS / Commercial teams to protect project margins
Managing subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and wider project teams
Developing and maintaining project programmes
Chairing client and project meetings
Managing RFIs, TQs and technical submissions
Identifying and mitigating design, delivery and commercial risks
Maintaining strong client relationships and acting as a key point of contact
Ensuring compliance with CDM, HSEQ and project governance requirements
Supporting and developing members of the project team
Identifying opportunities for additional works and improving project profitability About You
