I am currently partnering with a leading Main Contractor renowned for delivering high-quality Commercial Cat A and Cat B office fit-out and refurbishment projects across Central London. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to strengthen their Building Services team with the addition of an Assistant Technical Services Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a solid understanding of both Mechanical and Electrical packages who have gained experience within the fit-out and refurbishment sector, either working for a Principal Contractor or an M&E Subcontractor.
