How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Client facing, graduate sales role with £19.8 billion turnover company

    · Working with clients across London

    · £30,000 salary + bonus & company car

Are you a recent graduate looking to take that first step into your graduate career? This could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our client is looking to offer one superstar graduate the opportunity to kick start their B2B sales career, representing them with clients across London.

    The Package:

    · £30,000 base salary

    · Company bonus scheme

    · Company car

    · Mobile phone

    · iPad

    · 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

    The Company:

The company currently has a turnover of £19.8 billion and represents some of the largest names in the drinks and beverages industry, selling into well known retailers all over the planet. Not only that, but they have a fantastic reputation for developing graduates, offering fantastic career prospects and earning potential.

    The Role:

This is an entry level role, meaning your early months will involve plenty of training and shadowing as you're brought up to speed on the company and market.

Once up and running, you'll be selling across London into a variety of clients such as independent wholesalers, gyms & leisure centres. You'll be helping the current account managers to create and maintain long lasting business relationships with clients.

Your week would consist of 4 days out and about, meeting with clients face to face with the aim of understanding the clients needs and challenges they may face. The other 1 working day will be spent at home, speaking to clients over the phone and organising your week ahead.

What are the company looking for in a Business Development Executive?

Essentials first - this is a client-facing role covering a patch across the London area. The right candidate will have a UK driving license and be living on patch, with ideal location being within 30 minutes of central London.

Outside of that, it's an entry level role - no sales experience required! This will be perfect for a confident, target driven individual that thrives on building face-to-face relationships and is excited by the career development, earning potential and fun that sales can offer
