We are recruiting for an experienced Workday People Systems Manager to join a leading organisation in the East of England.
This is a hands-on management role combining Workday delivery, system optimisation, service management and team leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the continued development, stability and performance of the Workday platform.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Workday People Systems function
*
Provide hands-on support across Workday HCM configuration and optimisation
*
Oversee Workday support, incidents, service requests and change
*
Lead Workday configuration, enhancements and implementation activity
*
Ensure effective Workday Security and Data Governance
*
Drive continuous improvement and optimisation of Workday processes
*
Lead, mentor and develop the Workday team
*
Work closely with HR, Payroll, IT and wider business stakeholders
Key Requirements
*
5+ years' hands-on Workday experience
*
Strong Workday HCM background
*
Proven Workday configuration and implementation experience
*
Strong knowledge of Workday Security and Data Governance
*
Experience managing Workday support, incidents and change
*
Previous experience leading and developing Workday teams
*
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
*
Ability to combine hands-on Workday expertise with people management
Salary description
£85000.00 - £95000.00 per year
