The Project Manager will join an experienced consultancy team and work closely with clients, consultants and contractors. The consultancy is looking for a confident Project Manager who can take ownership of projects, manage key stakeholders and deliver a high standard of client service. The incoming Project Manager will manage their own schemes while working alongside senior colleagues on larger projects, giving the Project Manager excellent exposure and development opportunities.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will manage projects from feasibility and design through procurement, construction and handover.
Responsibilities will include managing programmes, coordinating consultant teams, leading client meetings, monitoring progress and identifying project risks.
The Project Manager
The successful Project Manager will ideally have:
Previous Project Management experience within a UK construction consultancy
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
Experience managing projects through several construction stages
A relevant construction-related degree
Progress towards, or membership of, RICS, APM or CIOB
Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
