We are recruiting for an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead a specialist service supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader with a strong background in Supported Living, Learning Disabilities, or Complex Care services to join a growing organisation and drive high standards of care, compliance, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the day-to-day operation of the service
Ensure CQC compliance and quality standards are maintained
Manage, develop and support staff teams
Oversee safeguarding, risk management and audits
Manage budgets, rotas and service performance
Build strong relationships with families and external professionals
Requirements
Previous Registered Manager experience within Learning Disabilities, Supported Living or Complex Care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations
Experience managing quality, compliance and safeguarding
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification desirable
