We looking for caring, compassionate, and motivated Support Workers to join our team at Liverpool supporting adults with learning disabilities and additional support needs to live fulfilling, independent lives.

What You'll Be Doing
Providing person-centred support tailored to individual needs.
Encouraging independence and daily living skills.
Supporting individuals with personal care and well-being where required.
Promoting community involvement, social activities, and inclusion.
Building positive relationships and helping people achieve their goals.
Maintaining accurate records and working as part of a supportive team.
What We're Looking For
A caring, positive, and reliable attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for supporting others.
Experience in care, support work, learning disabilities, mental health, or autism is desirable but not essential.
Someone who is flexible, proactive, and willing to get stuck in.
