How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Senior Manager – Microsoft AI & Data Client Solutions Lead

    We are looking for an exceptional Senior Manager – Microsoft AI and Data Consulting Lead to help accelerate and lead the next wave of AI transformation for our clients by leveraging our strategic alliance with Microsoft
    This is a leadership role at the intersection of consulting, technology, innovation, and strategic alliances. You will combine deep expertise across the Microsoft AI and Data ecosystem—including Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot, Azure Data Platform, Power Platform, and Modern Data Architecture—with a strong consulting mindset to help clients modernize, innovate, and unlock measurable business value.

    As a key leader within our AI & Data Practice, you will work closely with Microsoft, client executives, and internal sector teams to develop market-leading propositions, shape strategic opportunities, build high-performing teams, and deliver transformative programs powered by Microsoft's AI and Data platforms.

    The Opportunity
    The rapid evolution of AI is creating unprecedented opportunities for organizations to reinvent how they operate, engage customers, and drive growth.
    As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for scaling our Microsoft AI and Data business, helping clients move from experimentation to enterprise-wide adoption of AI.
    You will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, lead solution shaping, support business development activities, cultivate our relationship with Microsoft, and develop a team of architects and engineers capable of delivering world-class AI and data solutions.
    This is a role for someone who is equally comfortable in a technology solution design workshop or a client executive team meeting.
     
    Key Responsibilities

    Client Advisory & Solution Shaping
    •    Engage with senior business and IT stakeholders to understand strategic business challenges and transformation priorities and translate client context into compelling Microsoft-led AI and data solutions.
    •    Shape end-to-end solutions leveraging: Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI Services etc

    Team Leadership & Delivery 
    •    Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of Microsoft engineers, and consultants.
    •    Land into a client environment, decode the business pain, build a prototype or solution narrative, align stakeholders, create a commercial case, and then mobilise delivery with a team of Microsoft trained experts
    •    Ensure successful delivery of complex Microsoft focussed AI and data programmes including Microsoft AI and Data solutions with a specific focus on architecting and building Agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform etc
    •    Provide oversight for solution governance, architecture reviews, and key design decisions

    Alliance Leadership
    •    Work closely with Microsoft alliance team at EY with an objective to Identify and execute joint go-to-market opportunities with Microsoft.
    •    Collaborate on co-selling opportunities, innovation workshops, industry campaigns, and executive events.
    •    Act as an ambassador for the firm's AI and Data capabilities across the Microsoft ecosystem.

    Sales & Growth
    •    Work closely with account leaders, sector leaders, and other practice leaders to develop a strong Snowflake opportunity pipeline.
    •    Develop differentiated propositions that combine deep industry expertise with Snowflake technology capabilities and contribute directly to revenue growth and sales targets across AI & Data services.
     
    What Success Looks Like

    The successful candidate will:
    •    Become a recognised Microsoft AI and Data leader internally and externally.
    •    Shape and close strategic Microsoft-led opportunities and create a sustainable and growing pipeline of transformation programmes that contribute significantly to AI & Data practice growth.
    •    Establish a leading Microsoft capability recognised for technical excellence and innovation.
    •    Translate business challenges into practical, scalable Microsoft-powered solutions.
    •    Increase joint pipeline, co-sell activity, and strategic engagement with Microsoft.

    Skills & Experience
    Essential
    •    Extensive experience in consulting, technology advisory, or data transformation roles 
    •    Deep expertise across the Snowflake ecosystem.
    •    Strong understanding of multiple: Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI Foundry, Copilot,  Azure Data Platform, Power Platform, Modern Data Architecture 
    •    Proven track record of shaping and selling large-scale data and technology transformation programmes.
    •    Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, consultants, and delivery professionals.
    •    Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
    •    Commercial mindset with experience supporting sales, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
    •    Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
     
    Desirable
    •    Experience working directly with Microsoft account teams and alliance organisations.
    •    Microsoft certifications across Azure AI, Azure Data, Fabric, or Solution Architecture.
    •    Experience in industry-led digital transformation programmes.
    •    Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, and enterprise adoption frameworks
    •    Commercially astute and growth oriented mindset.
