How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    An exciting opportunity for a Senior FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting within a growing finance team within a financial services business in London. The role combines insightful financial analysis, business partnering and financial modelling to help drive performance and support strategic decision-making

    A growing financial services firm is seeking an analytical finance professional to lead its Financial Planning & Analysis capability. The business offers a collaborative environment where finance plays a key role in supporting operational and commercial decisions.

    Description

    Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.
    Produce monthly management information packs and reporting.
    Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior periods.
    Deliver clear commentary on key financial drivers, risks and opportunities.
    Build and maintain financial models for planning and scenario analysis.
    Partner with non-finance stakeholders to support decision-making and challenge assumptions where appropriate.Profile

    Fully Qualified - ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA
    Previous experience within FP&A, commercial finance or management reporting.
    Financial Services or Banking or similar sector background preferred
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial information clearly.
    Experience of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
    Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability.
    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI and ERP systems would be advantageous.
    Proactive, inquisitive and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Job Offer
