The Project Manager will combine independent project delivery with supporting colleagues across a busy portfolio. The consultancy is looking for a confident Project Manager who can run client meetings, manage consultants and contractors and undertake Contract Administrator duties. The incoming Project Manager will join at an exciting period of growth, offering the Project Manager significant progression opportunities.
You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will manage projects through the full construction lifecycle, from early planning and design coordination through procurement, construction and handover.
Responsibilities will include leading client meetings, preparing and monitoring programmes, coordinating consultant teams, managing contractors and undertaking Contract Administrator duties where required.
The Project Manager
The successful Project Manager will ideally have:
Around 5 years' Project Management experience within a UK construction consultancy
Residential, local authority or education project experience
Strong client-facing experience
Experience running client meetings
Contract Administrator experience
A relevant construction degree
Progress towards, or membership of, RICS, APM or CIOB
